Objective

Novel coatings for surface biofunctionalization, design, deposition and tests.

Specific objectives for INOE 2000:

Results:

  1. Investigated bilayers: Zr/ZrCN; TiAlZrCN, TiN/ZrN, TiC/ZrC,
  2. Deposition method: cathodic arc deposition

 

Optimized deposition conditions by modelling the ions trajectories: magnetic filter @ 90º:

1 – deposition chamber in vacuum, 2-cathode, 3- right angle solenoid, 4-toroidal solenoid, 5-substrate
